My wife and I became frustrated with being promised over and over that selling our timeshare would be a seamless transaction. We paid several companies to list the timeshare in hopes that we could actually make a profit on the sale. That didn't happen. We didn't receive a single offer on our listing in two years. Dennis made us an offer on the property right away, explained the value of our timeshare based on comparable sales on the resale market, and we accepted. Thank you!
